I could, but I'm a total ditz, so it wouldn't really work.

I know we're a taciturn bunch of people here on emacs-devel, so we don't
compliment each other much.  But you've (along with Chong the first
years) been the best maintainer Emacs has had.  (Sorry, other
maintainers.)  So the thought that you're contemplating resigning is
kinda depressing.
