Do you have to click on the buttons to use them?  If so, that is not as
convenient as the Info reader, with its n and p commands.

I don't think any general web browser could give the convenience of
Info.  The Info-style n and p commands (and others) don't belong in a
general web browser.

However, I expect that a special purpose HTML-Info reader
could give all the same convenience, operating on a stylized form of HTML.

That would be a step up from using Info format
because it would support a lot more kinds of contents and structure.
Another advantage: the files WOULD be browsable with a general web browser,
even though that would be less convenient than browsing them
with the special purpose HTML-Info reader.
