It's promising, but if we're talking about a UI, I would expect something like a preview of the operation. That would be most useful for things like rename.
That's not there yet, but it does support "rename local variable" and "extract method", so anyone sorely missing refactoring in Emacs (in C or C++), should check it out. AFAICS, it's definitely not getting enough feedback.
