Assuming I have done it correctly, they are now gone on master. My own
feeling is that some of these (esp htmlfontify and ps-print) do not
really merit an independent loaddefs file and they should just be moved
to the main autoloads file. But the main issue -- versioned autogen
files -- has been fixed, at the cost of slightly longer makefile.
