Yeah, everyone follows ISO/IEC 8613-6 (originally published in 1989 (!!)
but the revised in 1994). The full spec name seems to be called:

> ITU-T Recommendation T.416 (1993) | ISO/IEC 8613-6:1994, Information 
> technology — Open Document Architecture (ODA) and interchange format:

Anyway, ISO sells it here:
