Nohow, as far as I can tell. I do not have a functional eww setup, but
I disabled Javascript in Firefox and GitLab review functionality
pretty much broke down completely. It can’t even display a diff.
Also, even with Javascript, I find the implementation of code review
in GitLab horrible. I have had better experience with
Bugzilla+Splinter (which still requires Javascript but is more
pleasant UX-wise).
