For this, you just need a name which is reasonably likely to be
unique. In fact, for the Emacs-25 series binaries emacs-build-system is
set to simply to a proper name which is not resolvable or otherwise
identifiable.

If I use a cloud service, it will be a different and incomprehensible
string. I don't know if the system name allows identification of the
public IP or not; if it does, it's unfortunate.
