Yup. We'll have to import the bugs from debbugs into the Gitlab issue
tracker. Looking at the API, that should be possible, but it'll look
somewhat weird, because the style is just different: The Gitlab
discussion style is "a couple of lines of text with no quoting" while
email is more... verbose. But you'll have that problem anyway when you
have a hybrid web/mail submission interface.

Yes. I think if we commit to using Gitlab, then the equivalent of a
debbugs-gnu interface would appear, as if by magic, pretty quickly.
