According to the forge evaluation link it seems Gitlab is not really an option and the front runner is Fedora's Pagure. Are the people that did the evaluation participate in this list? Where do things stand with
Pagure?

I participate in the repo evaluation from time to time. AIUI pagure.io has not been evaluated yet.
