They do.
This is getting off-topic. Emacs will change to a new system when we
can find a system that's good enough, and offers both an email work flow
(for those that prefer that) as well as a non-email work flow (for those
that prefer that).
We haven't found such a system yet. sr.ht is perhaps an option, but my
first impression is that it's too different from GitHub/Lab, really.
