I forgot to add a top-level command.  Now pushed -- `M-x emoji-insert'.

It bugs out on certain sequences of commands due to some transient.el
formatting issues.  I'm not sure whether to rewrite it not to use
transient or to fix transient so that it works with variable width
glyphs.
