No, I can't find it in the build directory. Its in the source
directory.

Since ./lisp/disp-table.el isn't present in the build directory, so that
won't work. But this also doesn't help:
./src/emacs -Q -l ./lisp/disp-table.el
Where ".." is the source directory.
