[Fab-user] markdown in generate.py

I have added markdown support to the script that generates the web
site. This means that *.markdown files are processed and turned into
.html files.

Code-colored blocks of python are indented with four spaces and start
with `:::python` on the first line.

I haven't written a whole lot in it, but the little exposoure I've
had, the syntax has been pleasant to work with.
