[femlisp-user] Small changes

Hello, all Femlisp users.

1. I've clarified the INSTALL script a little bit.  You have to make sure
   that you are in the package APPLICATION before (demo) will work.
   (Or you will have to use (femlisp-demo:demo).

2. I removed some functions which were practically unused and partially
   wrong.  (Thanks to Brad Lucier for the bug report).

3. I've improved the homepage a little bit.  Especially there is a logo
   computed -if you are in the APPLICATION package- by

   (plot (solve-laplace
           (laplace-test-problem-on-domain (n-ball-domain 3)) 2 1))
