[fluid-dev] Still some clicking

I was playing around a bit last night with FluidSynth and noticed there
is still some clicks in the output. It seems the filter turn off
optimization is still causing some problems. It is really noticeable
when the LFO modulates the Filter cutoff at the optimization threshold.
Perhaps leaving the filter on for a voice, once it is enabled is the
right solution. Its still nice to not have the filter enabled if its not
needed.
Another problem I have been noticing is that sometimes the volume
envelope release stage cuts off short, rather randomly actually. Perhaps
this is a problem with Swami, I have not done tests for this with
FluidSynth standalone. Anyone else see this kind of behavior?
It would be nice to find solutions for these problems before release, so
any input is appreciated :) Cheers.
