[fluid-dev] [PATCH] audio.jack.autoconnect fix

Hi,

While hacking for qsynth I've stumbled on the "audio.jack.autoconnect"
setting, which has been non operational ever since fluidsynth-1.0.4-1
release.

I just noticed that the registration line on fluid_jack.c is flawed, with
min and max range values swapped, making any attempt to change the
"audio.jack.autoconnect" setting a no-op.

The correction is a one-liner (diff patch attached) and it suffices to put
JACK port auto-connection back in biz. This includes fluidsynth's -j
command line option.
