I didn't have time to do any exhaustive testing. It looks like some
corrupt table, but I haven't investigate yet. I noticed though that George
Williams implemented some other corrections (apart from the Panose field)
in the last edition of PfaEdit, so I installed it and re-generated the
TrueType fonts. They are on <http://savannah.gnu.org/download/freefont/>,
if anybody is willing to test.

A completely unrelated topic: If anybody is interested in installing
PfaEdit from RPM - I prepare almost daily RPM package from CVS sources
(George Williams seems to be neglecting RPM packages somewhat, preferring
tarball).

With kind regards,
Primoz

P.S. If anybody has sent me any private email (with my address in the To:
field) lately, I probably didn't get it. The whole story about this is
somewhat longish - I was getting a substantial amount of spam directed to
the addresses address@hidden, address@hidden,
address@hidden etc. The system administrator got annoyed by this
and proposed to add a filter, sending all mail to these non-existing
addresses directly to the bit bucket, which I agreed to. Then, a little
over one week ago, they upgraded the MTA with a new, improved version.
Among other improvements, filters got improved, too: instead of matching a
whole string, they now match substrings as well... It took me quite a
while to realize what is going on, as I still received both all the email
sent to any mailing lists I am on, as well as all local mail (including
the one sent directly to me). Until we reslove the problem, I would kindly
ask you to add CC: address@hidden to any email sent directly to me.
There is no problem with mail sent to this and other mailing lists.
