I can agree that the need for kerning numerals is rather rarely
encountered.

With 3 votes for, 0 against, and all the rest abstaining, I conclude that
the proposal for erasing kerning information for numerals from the Free
UCS fonts has passed. I plan to do this by the end of the week.
