serious question here folks.
Do the particles own their boundary conditions? i'm running into a problem
where i'm adding the boundary conditions in a simple initialize type
function and then trying (unsuccessfully) to use the later in another
function. I successfully built and added the boundary conditions ( printed
out particle objects using "out << Neutrons <<std::endl" ), but when i ask
to print out the particle information in the other function, it printed
garbage for the ranges on the boundary conditions.
