Laurent,

Because of my modification of registering subsystems, you cannot have a
subsystem named the same as a plugin (because they are both internally
registered as plugins).  The DatabusInspector's plugin.xml has this
problem.  

You need to either rename the plugin or the subsystem.  BTW:  You do not
have to have a subsystem surrounding a plugin tag.  The only time you
need to do that is if you have multiple plugin definitions in one .xml
file.
