Summary: Approve all pending projects button doesn't work

Initial Comment:
The subject says it all: If I browse to the pending
projects page and hit "approve all", it doesn't work. 
The result is exactly the same page (with all projects
still pending).

I'm running GForge version 3rc1-1 on a Debian Woody system.
