Hmm. Well, I've put in the framework for such a thing. However... I'm
not sure how to go about it. I have looked into the code, and I'm
unable to figure out where the ressources variable in building gets
updated. I have added in a new variable to team, teamRessources,
changed the save/load code, updated and the save format version
number. I've also added a new variable to building types indicating
whether that building gets its ressources from the global resevoir or
from the local one, i've modified the save/load code and the
data/buildings.txt and data/buildings.default.txt approprietly.
However, i'm not sure how to approach this otherwise.
