[glob2-devel] Compile trouble

I recently submitted a request on gentoo's bugzilla to bump glob2 to
version 0.8.17 and included an ebuild that was the exact same as the
old one except that it reflected the url changes. (Now I know it
should have just been a diff but so it goes.) Someone cannot emerge
this glob2 version (this version has not hit portage yet, but--a note
for anyone unfamiliar with gentoo--one is able to use a local portage
overlay that has whatever ebuilds you want in it). If anyone could
help out with the issue, that would be awesome. Full details are at
