Thanks a lot for this compilation.

I just run the win32 binary for some seconds on my work computer and it 
seems that ressource are now growing on win32. It would really be good 
if people could test the win and lin version on YOG. If it works, that I 
would suspect that non growing ressource are a Visual compiler problem 
(which would be very strange). If it's the case, Minas, could you try to 
compile latest CVS with visual and see if log/USERIncRessourceLog.txt is 
not empty.

With some luck, we'll be able to solve this win/lin problem soon :-)
