There's no such frame. There are three possible solution:

1) The phone sends a frame to notify the pc about incoming call. The
   6110 supports this frame (see Docs/protocol/nk6110.txt), others maybe
   not.
2) You can issue getdisplaystatus and see when the call in progress flag
   is on.
3) You can use AT mode (newer phones support it) and wait for RING.
