Sending AT+CSIM ?

Hi

I'm trying to figure out the easiest way of sending +CSIMs (generic SIM access AT command), on a Motorola A780 (i know it is not supported). So far some commands do actually work, but i was wondering how could one send custom raw AT commands using gnokii?

Ex (Select MF):
A0 A4 00 00 02 3F 00 (90 00)
