Gnokii works like a charm on Linux with dku2libusb, series40 and ttyS0. 
Its the MACOSX version which is causing me grief. Grumble.  I can live
with the Linux version :-)

However, importing addresses fails.  Here's an edited version of the
output and input.  I've had no luck with either the RAW version or LDIF
imports.   This is for 6.26, though 6.27 failed on MACOSX with a nokia 3100
