I'm new to arch, and I have to say that this type of thing is what makes the
learning curve for arch so steep.  WAY too many commands.  Why do you object to
returning a nonzero return value for a search that failed in tla archives?  I
can understand if you feel that would break backwards compatibility, because it
is possible that people are expecting it to return 0 unless there was a
catostrophic failure of the system.  But I would like to at least know the 
reason.
