I suspect the current format is intended to be machine parseable, and
that scripts may already rely on it.

Morever, even for human use, having both components shown by default --
the archive name and the location -- is extremely useful, and shouldn't
be changed.

If you want to add a `-s/--summary' flag to optionally show a
description, that might be useful.  However, as many people have quite
an assortment of packages in the same repository, I'll bet pretty often
they'd end up being something like `FOO's archive for 2004' -- i.e., not
very useful, really.
