Well. It occurred to me that tla cannot know (without considerable
effort and a time-consuming check of the archive) when a cacherev has
changed.
However, there should really be some functionality to push the cacherev
to mirrors later on. Or maybe not, since I now know that cacherev exists
and when to use it ;)
