I've put a new patch in
address@hidden/tla--integration--1.1 (which I will move
to be 1.2 when there's nothing pending).

patch-49 allows delta to take 'patch-3' and use a local tree version to
grab the right code. It only does this when the parameter is an exact
pass for a revision specifier.
