Colin,
        Tom is right, we can do better.

I've reversed out your change. Please do the following:

stuff the sha1's on a stack (or even cat to a big string :}) as they are
created, and flush that to the file when closing and processing. This
will put the sha1s after all the md5's, allow Tom's single-regexp parser
to work.

I'll merge it in again when you've done that. Thanks,
