[Gnu-arch-users] PATCH: using ${cfg__exec_suffix}

Could this patch be applied too?

This patch fixes the problem where "rm ,es" fails on cygwin,
by using the variable ${cfg__exec_suffix}, which is set from
configure, where needed.

This should evaluate to ".exe" on windows, and to "" everywhere else,
so this patch should be harmless

ps: the path is against tla1.2pre0 but applies cleanly to tla1.2pre1
