Hi all,
I've added a --no-greed option to tla get.
I didn't call it --no-libraries, because it will use libraries, if suitable revisions are present. I didn't call it --no-greedies, because greedy libraries will be used, if suitable revisions are present. We just won't add new revisions.

how about '--no-library-add' ?
Well, if you use "get --library --no-library-add", it actually will add it to a library. But call it "--no-greedy-add", and you've got yourself a deal.
