Perhaps.  But only because it is probably not much work to prepare a
package for fedora.

More interesting than a distro that _includes_ arch would be a distro
_managed_by_ arch.

I'm increasingly of the opinion that rather than (in any way) helping
one big company to control a huge portion of the market for supported
systems, we'd be better off aiming for a shared distribution and many,
many service providers.   So I guess in that sense, UserLinux is the
better idea.   Alas, the "value added" of UL compared to just naked
Debian looks, so far, pretty slim.
