[Gnu-arch-users] FEATURE PLANS: Eerily CVSish

The new command:

        % tla get --selection

along with the concept of a zoomed tree and a selective commit from a
zoomed tree will make tla feel a lot more CVSish to users who want to
use those features.

One nice side effect is that that should simplify integrating arch
with existing IDEs. They can do CVS-style frequent committing of
individual items on a branch, and learn some new commands for
triggering an `upstream-commit' to summarize those into a changeset.
