Oups, I thought this was only the bug database.
Anyway, I still can't find any installation instructions or
requirements. So, I will reformulate my question:
Is the bug goo designed to be useable by other projects? If not, are
there plans to make it more accessible (in particular to people
unfamiliar with perl - like me)?
