Not quite a release, more than a new patch...

I'm happy to announce a number of new features in the Arch PQM tree.

Recently added features include:
* Support for 'replay'
* a new debug command, which gathers all the output of a merge
* bazaar 1.0 and 1.1 support
* per user commit privileges based on gpg uids
* per target working directories (i.e. to place the checked out tree in
a chroot)

Pascal Hakim contributed the Baz 1.1 support - thank you Pasc!
