After trying to view all the files as a big diff (and failing), I've
decided ViewVC is one of the more annoying bits of software I've dealt

Only a question: Are we able to distribute under GPL3 when T.bird is
mpl/gpl2? I assume 'yes' because they are separate?
(I'm not using t.bird so I can't comment on how it works)
