As Yavor said, it seems unproblematic to me.

Sounds like it, but I saw nothing definitive in that thread, just more
open questions.

I continue to believe the license as stated is X11-ish + export clause,
free but GPL-incompatible.  And of course if it really is dual-licensed
under the GPL (one of those open questions), that is fine.
