You are free to think whatever you want.  Lots of people have
"interesting" ideas about a variety of things.

But it is a little hard to see how a distributing a program that is
not combined with its library routines until it is actually run
(which is what dynamic linking is) is the same with respect to
compliations as linking the program with the library routines and
then distributing the combination.
