Huh?

"Spooks" are cyberstalkers/trolls who have claimed their
trolling/cyberstalking of posters on usenet is compliments of the FBI.

Why are you trying to obscure the fact that some usenet trolls have
claimed their criminal harassment of posters is compliments of the FBI,
 Ryan Lankford?


Where I come from, and in most of the US, spooks is an incendiary term for negro. You'd think you'd be more sensitive.
