No. There is no coypright attribution at all for the act of using the
compiler to compile a program.

No. The libraries are LGPL which is specifically designed so that non
free programs can use them without specification of copyright. The only
restriction with LGPL is that there needs to be some way for the end
user to update the library. With typical dynamic linking this happens
automatically and so isn't a problem. However, the production of
embedded firmware can be problematic.
