And afterwards, all companies who were sued make the source
code available as the GPL requires. No one is distributing
GPLed code, modified or not, in open violation of the GPL as
you (incorrectly) state may be done. (Verizon uses an
"actiontec gateway" URL to distribute firmware whose sources
are made available by Actiontec.)
