The manual is entitled "Verizon FiOS Router" and features the Verizon check mark and long z logo. The very last page contains a
 section titled "C.4 GPL (General Public License)".

There is no "except Verizon".

WTF are you whining about Hymen? Since when is a "User Manual" on an
A-c-t-i-o-n-t-e-c site "source code" from V-e-r-i-z-o-n?
