In this case I downloaded the *.ps* file from the internet, you are showing 
me a Lilypond 1.4.2 file. 
The musicstar-spangled-banner.ps file I'm talking about is generated by *Lily 
was here, 1.3.56.uu1*, but now I can't find it at Mudela so I might have got 
it some other place. I downloaded it monday while surfing through a lot of 
other sites at the same time.
