Hi All, 
Thanks for help and advise. 
I run wxPythonGTK-2.4.2.4-2.mdk 
I got it from mandrake site from 10 folder.  
I could run gnue-designer -n forms 
Reinhard what version of wxPythonGTK you installed on yours system. 
BTW I'm running community release of 10, going to upgrade to official
