[gnugo-devel] GNU Go 3.1.19

GNU Go 3.1.19 is now available at:

This is a bugfix release. There's not many changes since 3.1.18
but one important one, the patch gunnar_1_19.1. Without this
patch, GNU Go 3.1.18 was prone to crashes, probably crashing
more than once per 100 games.

Version 3.1.19 is currently in the middle of a 100 game
series with 3.0.0. At the moment it's won 37 out of 61 games,
a win rate of about 60%. I think the actual win rate will be
a little higher than that based on the previous series of games
where I had a win rate of about 64% but two crashes. Gunnar
says his three patches should not effect the moves generated.
