Sorry! It's now fixed. I replaced the file both in the CVS (moving
the release tag) and in the ftp file (replaced regression-3.1.19.tar.gz).
I had some trouble with this release, due to reasons which hopefully
won't happen again. (I upgraded my OS this weekend, broke automake
and ended up using two different computers to do the release.)
