[gnugo-devel] various_1_35.1

[bump]

The patch debug_owl_1_35.1 can wait until after 3.2.

I've put up a patch with various things in it that seem
pre-3.2. It is called various_1_35.1 and is available at
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/patches/various_1_35.1.

It is not in the CVS.

- revision of copyright statements and THANKS
- handtalk games moved to their own directory
- correct move number reported in influence for illegal move error
